Therapy has been such a powerful positive force in transforming my own life for the better. I feel honored to have been, and continue to be, a part in helping others experience similar transformations for the past half-decade and counting. I believe in client-centered care, working on the client's self-identified goals and being flexible in my approach and theory, to fit the client's individual needs, there is no one-size fits all treatment and I strive to provide individualized and empathetic care to each and every client.
